Based in Mayfair, we are seeking partners with substantial experience and a track record of deal assembly and delivery - entrepreneurial flair and commercialism are essential. This is an opportunity for our partners to build their own successful business within a local area, with the support of a dedicated team of project managers, architects, planners and lawyers. The successful applicant will have 10-25 years' experience in their local market, be very well connected and have a broad understanding of retail, housing and planning.

This position offers a generous commission and profit share with an option during the first year to draw a monthly advance against future profits. Expected annual partner profit share c. £250,000.

In our first few months of trading, Bacchus Partners has made numerous successful acquisitions and we now wish to expand our partner network across the South East of England. A substantial equity base enables us to make quick decisive acquisitions, without the need for bank finance.
